Together, we are launching a bold, multi-year initiative designed to attract and retain top talent, reshape perceptions of nonprofit work, and build a dynamic, mission-driven workforce.
Our sector is a vital force in the Kansas City community—driving economic development, advancing social justice, improving public health and education, and enhancing community well-being. Yet too often, nonprofit careers are overlooked or misunderstood. Purpose Works KC aims to change that narrative.
